Class Descriptions


Fusion
Mind and body meld in an invigorating and vitalizing course where each class is the perfect integration of yoga and Pilates moves. Deep attention is given to breath, form, flow and body balance.

Vibe
Get your groove on as world rhythms drive these multi-dimensional dance-based classes. Experience edgy, energizing moves drawn from Latin, urban, hip-hop dance and more. Take the party to the floor; you'll forget you'll forget you're exercising!

Stomp
Truly a 'step revival' … as step was originally meant to be taught. Go up, over, and around for a total body, cardio driven workout. Easy to follow yet inventive step patterns make Stomp doable and fun! Give this fresh take on a step a try!

Kinetics
You'll never be bored with our no-nonsense, total-body training program. This multi-activity class includes sport-style cardio intervals interspersed with weight training circuits and muscle isolation work. The most effective way to torch calories and test your levels of fitness and endurance!

TKO
Non-stop movement to channel ones inner fighter Benefit from a total body training program focused on the power behind the punch. A blend of martial arts disciplines, each class combines punches, kicks, and strikes for a knockout workout experience.

Strength
Simple and easy to follow exercises to shape and sculpt the entire body. Mat and hand weights.

Muscle Drills
Challenges to choose from in a total body conditioning class with cardio. Traditional lunges to some unique variations of squats and great core workout. Get up and get fit! Hand weights. Mat optional.

Ab Express
Express core workout. Using a stability ball for added challenge; proven to help engage the core even more. Total head-to-toe core workout including back and weights, stability ball and mat.


Most of our classes are identified with a 3 digit number. The last two numbers indicate the length of the class - 20/35/50. The first number designates the "Content Level" of the class;
